Quinoa Breakfast Bars - Success!

This weekend we made Chef Cheryl Forberg's Quinoa breakfast bars and they were a hit!  

                                         

I confess we added chocolate chips at the kids suggestion, but they tasted delicious... especially after a night in the fridge.  We went to whole foods for the quinoa flour, but at $15 a bag, decided to get some plain quinoa and blend it ourselves.  If you have something like a magic bullet, it's super easy.
