Kidfresh Giveaway: Healthy, Easy, Kid Friendly Meals

Now that the kids are back in school and I have a bit more time to myself, I'm rediscovering the joys of cooking. Despite the fact that I'm not great at it and typically find myself trying to bribe my kids (and sometimes even my husband) into eating what I make, I find the ability to put something healthy and homemade on the table thoroughly satisfying.  Bonus points if my meal even vaguely resembles the recipe photo.

There are nights however, when cooking is not an option and for those I've spent a fair amount of energy searching for wholesome pre-made foods.  For the most part, I've come up short and have remained skeptical which is why, even after being contacted by New York based company, Kidfresh, it took me a few weeks to respond.  After doing some research and seeing that they collaborate with a pediatric nutritionist and a chef who is a registered dietician, I decided to dive in further.    All of their meals (rainbow rice and chicken, spaghetti loops and meat sauce, chicken nuggets...) are 100% natural (no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives),  low in sodium, have hidden veggies and their packaging is BPA free.  Kidfresh is sold in stores all over and if you go to their website, you can find one nearest you.  I found them at my local Pavilions.

Kidfresh has agreed to give two Luxe Angeles Mom readers coupons a FREE meal.  To enter, just leave a comment below before October 3, 2013.
