Healthy, High Protein Snacks For Kids
The fourth of July is upon us and while it is a most exciting holiday, it can also be a lot for little ones to handle. Early morning parades, mid day BBQ's, late night fireworks... I'm tired just thinking about it!
For North County Kids Magazine, I went on a hunt to find some healthy, energizing, easy to pack snacks and with the help of Chef Cheryl Forberg (Omni Hotels and NBC's Biggest Loser), got more than I bargained for from tips to recipes!
