Four Top Juice Remedies!

About two years ago, I purchased a Cuisinart juicer and discovered a whole new world.  There are plenty of days my kids (and admittedly I) don't get our daily allowance of fruits and vegetables, but juicing has been an easy and fun way to get around that issue.  My kids fight over who pushes the buttons, who gets to shove the next item into the machine and who gets to pour.   All I care about is that they're getting their vitamins.  

Recently, we stepped into a juice bar and although we've been doing this at home for a while, I found the bar and the number of choices to be a bit overwhelming.  I remembered having interviewed Amanda Dumas, co owner of Liquid Juice Bar on Melrose about a year earlier and decided to get in touch to see if she'd be willing to make me a juicing cheat sheet.
